When years of hard graft started taking a toll on Tony’s shoulders, he didn’t slow down — he pivoted. The Spudfellas is his freshly launched baked potato trailer, and it’s already making waves across North Wales. With a fully branded van, generous home-cooked fillings, and queues around the block, Tony’s gone from plastering walls to plating up comfort food with flair. I was there to photograph the launch and share the energy, pride, and piping-hot potatoes behind this brilliant new venture.
